Warranty

Katool offers a limited one-year (12 months) warranty on all parts and against all product defects, free of charge.

A 2-year extended warranty plan is available for any Katool or M&E automotive equipment.

Warranty Includes:
– Cylinders, power units, motors, displays, electronics, etc.
– Vehicle lifts include an additional three-year (36 months) warranty on structural components only.

Warranty Conditions:
– Claims must fall within the warranty period.
– Warranty is non-transferable and requires the original order number and purchase from our company or a registered vendor.
– Replacement parts will be provided at no cost, including free shipping.

Note:
– All warranty claims are subject to approval by the warranty/service department.
– Photos and/or videos of defects may be requested.
– Do not disassemble any equipment before the issue is determined.
– Equipment outside the warranty policy will not be covered, and the buyer will be responsible for replacement parts and shipping costs.
– Labor is not included in the warranty.
