Returns Window

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. Due to the size and nature of our products, such as vehicle lifts and automotive equipment, please contact us before arranging a return.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: items that have been installed or used, custom or special-order equipment, consumables, and items damaged due to misuse or improper installation.

 

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged. Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return instructions.

 

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. We strongly recommend insured shipping for high-value items.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 60 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. To request an exchange, contact us with your order number and the item you’d like instead. Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions for sending back the original item.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item is of lower value, we will refund the difference; if it is of higher value, we will contact you to arrange payment for the difference. Return shipping for exchanges follows the same terms as returns — the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the original item was defective or we made an error.

Damaged or defective items being exchanged follow the process outlined under “Damaged or Defective Items” above, at no cost to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
