Replacements
If a valid warranty claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, replace the defective part or unit, repair the defect, or issue a store credit or refund if replacement is not possible.
Parts vs Full Unit Replacement
For large equipment such as vehicle lifts and power units, we will typically replace the defective component rather than the entire unit unless the fault is deemed irreparable.
Shipping of Replacement Parts
Approved warranty replacement parts are shipped at no cost to the customer within the United Kingdom.
Timeframe
Replacement parts are typically dispatched within 5-10 business days of warranty claim approval, subject to parts availability.
Inspection
We may request the defective part be returned for quality inspection. We will provide a prepaid label for such returns.
