Sky Computing Limited offers a standard 3-year warranty on all equipment sold through skycomputing.co.uk, unless a different warranty period is stated on the individual product page.

What Is Covered

Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation. This includes structural failures, motor and hydraulic defects, and electrical component failures.

What Is Not Covered

Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, negligence, or improper installation; normal wear and tear; consumable parts such as seals, hoses, and cables; modifications or repairs by unauthorised parties; and damage from accidents, power surges, or environmental factors.

Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number, product details, description of the issue, and supporting photos or video. We will assess your claim within 5 business days.

Your Statutory Rights

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
