Description

The Autel MaxiSYS ADAS MAS20T is the All Systems 2.0 mobile calibration package for collision repair, glass replacement, and general repair shops that need to calibrate ADAS sensors after a windshield replacement, a sensor or bracket swap, a suspension repair, a wheel alignment, or a tire size change. The kit pairs the foldable MA600 mobile calibration frame with the MaxiSYS MS909 S2 diagnostic tablet and the ADAS software upgrade, then layers on the patterns, targets, reflectors, and brackets needed to calibrate Lane Departure Warning, Adaptive Cruise Control, Lidar, Radar, Night Vision, Rear Collision Warning, Honda Lane Watch, and Around View Monitoring across the major European and Asian platforms a mixed-fleet shop sees every week.

The MA600 frame is the part of the package that decides where the system can be used. The aluminum column folds and disassembles to fit into the trunk of a car or service truck, so the same calibration capability that lives on a dedicated bay in a body shop can travel to a mobile glass route, a satellite location, or a dealership without a permanent ADAS bay. Five-line laser positioning, a distance laser, an L-shaped wheel positioning bracket, an adjustable height column, and an adjustable base stabilizer keep the millimeter-level setup repeatable in whatever space the technician is working in.

The MaxiSYS MS909 S2 tablet runs the calibration software end-to-end — vehicle ID, pre-scan, ADAS module identification, guided calibration with step-by-step graphics, and post-scan reporting. Autel’s regular OE-level diagnostic and calibration updates cover more than 80 US Domestic, Asian, and European brands, and the MaxiFlash VCI2 module on the kit supports SAE J2534, ISO 22900, and RP1210 communication standards for ECU coding and programming on top of the ADAS work.

Every MAS20T system includes virtual setup and onboarding training conducted by an Autel ADAS expert. In-shop training is not included with this system — buyers planning on-premise instruction should arrange that separately before commissioning.

Specifications

Warranty

Autel warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of original purchase, with the receipt acting as proof of purchase. In lieu of proof of purchase, the tool or tablet is warranted one (1) year from tool/tablet registration.

Autel’s sole responsibility under the warranty is repair or, at Autel’s option, replacement at no charge with proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage from improper use, accident, flood, lightning, cracked screens, broken cases, chemical exposure, liquid damage, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, or unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification. Autel is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or mounting of the scan tool.

Out-of-warranty repairs: the customer is contacted with the repair fee and is responsible for the cost.
