Important quantity rule

• Each warranty covers one equipment item only, not the full order.
• If you are purchasing multiple eligible items, add one warranty for each item you want covered.
• Example: buying 2 lifts requires 2 warranty units to cover both lifts.

• All parts and pieces for 24 months — including (but not limited to) cylinders, power units, motors, displays, and electronics.
• Free shipping on approved replacement parts within 5 business days of claim approval.

Please note

• All claims are submitted to Katool and are subject to approval by the warranty/service department at their full discretion.
• Photos and/or videos of the original defect may be requested.
• Do not disassemble any equipment before the issue has been verified and approved.
• Equipment or issues outside this policy are not covered; the buyer is responsible for replacement parts at full cost, and shipping charges will apply.
• Labor is not included.
