Autel CVADD1 MaxiSYS ADAS Standard Frame Commercial Vehicle LDW Calibration Add-On Package (Frame & Tablet Not Included)

The Autel CVADD1 is a commercial-vehicle ADAS calibration add-on for shops already running a MaxiSYS ADAS Standard Frame and a MaxiSYS 909CV diagnostic tablet (both sold separately). It unlocks static Lane Departure Warning camera calibrations on light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles — including Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and RAM ProMaster vans, and heavy-duty trucks equipped with the Bendix Wingman system.

What’s in the CVADD1 package

• Standard Frame Adaptor (CSC050A_05) for pattern attachment
• Digital ADAS kit for faster vehicle setup and positioning
• LDW camera calibration targets for Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans

Vehicle and system coverage

CVADD1 brings three distinct calibration workflows online when paired with the MaxiSYS 909CV tablet:

• Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans — static LDW camera calibration using the included Sprinter target
• RAM ProMaster vans — static LDW camera calibration using the included ProMaster target
• Heavy-duty vehicles equipped with the Bendix Wingman system — front collision warning and LDW using the CSC0611-06 CV pattern, plus radar (ACC) calibration using the included ACC reflector and bracket

What you’ll already need

The CVADD1 is an add-on, not a complete system. To put it to work you need:

• A MaxiSYS ADAS Standard Frame (the package includes the Standard Frame Adaptor that bolts the new patterns to your existing frame)
• A MaxiSYS 909CV diagnostic tablet with the commercial-vehicle calibration software entitlement active

If you’re standing up commercial-vehicle ADAS work from scratch rather than expanding an existing bench, a complete Standard-Frame CV calibration package is the better starting point — the CVADD1 assumes the frame and tablet are already in your shop.

How the kit speeds up setup

The Digital ADAS portion of the package replaces the manual measure-and-mark steps that traditionally precede a static front-camera calibration. Combined with the Standard Frame Adaptor — which gives the new patterns a direct, repeatable mount point on the frame you already own — the result is a shorter setup window per vehicle and fewer chances for positioning error to walk a calibration off-spec.
