Description

The Atlas TD6000CNA is the Ravaglioli “Spirit” heavy-duty truck wheel alignment system — a portable, no-roll-back aligner built for trucks, trailers, coaches, buses, and multi-axle vehicles. Manufactured by Ravaglioli, one of Europe’s longest-established alignment manufacturers, and supported in the United States by Atlas Automotive Equipment, it is sold as a complete kit: trolley cart, four 8-CCD Bluetooth wireless sensor heads, magnetically backed Windows 10 tablet, calibration package, trailer alignment package, and a full set of clamps and turntables.

Each of the four sensor heads operates as a fully functional remote control, and together they establish a measuring path on all four sides of the vehicle. That four-sided geometry is what enables collision measurements and calibration tracking in addition to standard alignment work. Wireless data transmission and the magnetically docked tablet keep the technician at the wheel rather than walking back to a console between adjustments.

Heavy-duty truck alignments traditionally require pulling the vehicle forward and back to compensate sensor positions. The “Spirit” system is no-roll-back — the vehicle stays in place through the entire procedure. Combined with the Two Head Steer Axle Mode, that shaves significant time per alignment in a busy commercial bay.

The Teq-Link app exports printouts and receives workflow reports, so shop owners can hand finished alignment records to fleet customers without rerunning paperwork.

The TD6000CNA carries a 2-year limited parts warranty. The warranty does not cover damage from abuse or neglect, wear items, consumables, or onsite service visits. Remote technical support is provided by the U.S.-based Atlas service team. Free software updates are included for the life of the system; vehicle specification database updates are sold separately.
