Description

The Atlas® Platinum PTC600 + PWB50 Combo Package pairs a tilt-back swing-arm tire changer with a computer-controlled spin balancer for a complete two-station wheel service setup. Both machines run on 110V single-phase power and are built around Italian-designed components, intended for the professional tire dealer or large car dealership.

The PTC600 ships standard with a right-hand bead pressing and bead rolling assist arm, a pneumatic locking mount/demount head, an anodized aluminum bead breaker cylinder, and an integrated bead blast system. Clamping reaches 27 inches externally (10″–27″) and 29 inches internally (12″–29″), with a 43-inch maximum tire diameter and bead-breaker wheel width up to 16 inches.

The PWB50 reads to 1-gram accuracy at 130 rpm, balances rims 10″ to 30″ up to 165 lb, and uses Automatic 2D Data Entry through a single gauge. OPTIMATCH match-mounting, FES split-weight, OPF opposite-position, and the full ALU-S program suite are built in. The display switches between grams/ounces and millimeters/inches, and the unit self-diagnoses and self-calibrates.

The PTC600 requires some assembly after delivery. Both machines carry a 2-year parts-only warranty and are also available individually.

Please note that if you order an Atlas item, your delivery location must be able to accommodate a 53′ truck. The PTC600 ships at 795 lbs and the PWB50 ships at 230 lbs, both palletized via standard freight.
